Responsibilities:

• Routinely hitting weekly activity performance metrics in our CRM, Follow Up Boss


• Successful completion of our training regimen


• Regular attendance at our weekly sales training sessions


• Provide guidance and support to prospective home buyers throughout the entire real estate transaction process


• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices


• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale for purchase agreements


• Provide exceptional customer service to clients


• Maintain an active real estate license and affiliation with a local board

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of administrative tasks related to real estate transactions


• Regular attendance on Zoom for prospecting, meetings, and training

Compensation:

• 50/50 split for company-generated buying opportunities


• 90/10 split for self-generated business
