***This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Boston, MA ***

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Scout to join our Boston team! This role is ideal for individuals who are driven and eager to earn. A Real Estate Scout helps uncover potential investment properties and shares those leads with investors, wholesalers, or real estate professionals—in this case, with our team. Our Scouts don’t buy the properties themselves. Instead, they identify promising opportunities that meet our buying criteria, which focuses on below-market properties.

Your role would involve speaking directly with homeowners to collect their contact information, assess their interest, and then relay qualified leads to our sales team. If a deal is successfully closed from one of your leads, you’ll receive compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spot and identify distressed properties
   
• Travel to various neighborhoods as needed
   
• Engage with property owners to assess their interest
   
• Gather accurate contact details for our team’s follow-up
   

COMPENSATION
Earn $10,000 for every lead that results in a closed deal.
