Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers 
• Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand with professionalism 
• Gather and relay client feedback to lead agents 
• Maintain organized records of all showings and appointments 
• Coordinate with listing agents and team members for access and logistics 
• Communicate promptly with clients regarding schedules, updates, or questions

• Active real estate license (or actively pursuing one) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps, calendars, and GPS 
• Self-motivated, punctual, and organized 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service 
• Knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and showing management platforms 

• Commission share on closed transactions.
• Marketing expenses.
• Mentorship from experienced agents and team leaders 
• Opportunities for advancement into Buyer Agent or full Agent roles
