What You Will Do: 

• Perform Real Estate valuation according to local and international standards and best market practice


• Full visit and research properties to determine their market values


• Interview clients to understand their needs


• Examine and research all variables that impact property’s present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments etc.)


• Follow Real Estate market changes and legislation changes 

What We Expect:  

• Previous experience in Real Estate valuation (3+ years)


• Real Estate Valuator certificate, at least level 5


• Knowledge of current industry’s rules, regulations, and standards


• Previous experience in Retail Banking is considered beneficial


• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Strong communication and cooperation skills


• Result orientation and efficiency










• Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. 2,470-3,710 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
