Re-Bath is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to represent our nationally recognized bathroom remodeling brand from our Mobile Showroom. You'll engage homeowners at retail locations, community events, home shows, and promotional events, helping them discover how Re-Bath can transform their bathrooms while scheduling free in-home design consultations.

This is not a passive retail or customer service position. Success comes from confidently approaching customers, starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and earning the opportunity to schedule appointments.

A Typical Day

Every day is different.

You'll represent Re-Bath from our Mobile Showroom at retail locations, community events, home shows, and promotional events throughout your assigned market. Throughout your shift, you'll meet homeowners, start conversations about their remodeling goals, educate them on Re-Bath's products and services, and schedule qualified in-home design consultations for our design consultants.

You'll spend your day engaging with people-not waiting for them to approach you. Every conversation is an opportunity to create value for a homeowner while increasing your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Confidently approach homeowners and initiate conversations around the Mobile Showroom.


• Ask questions to understand remodeling needs, project timelines, and decision-makers.


• Educate customers about Re-Bath's products, services, and remodeling process.


• Schedule qualified in-home design consultations with interested homeowners.


• Accurately collect customer information using company-provided technology.


• Build excitement, create urgency, and confidently ask for the appointment.


• Follow proven sales and lead-generation processes while adapting naturally to each conversation.


• Maintain a professional, energetic, and inviting Mobile Showroom environment.


• Participate in retail promotions, community events, home shows, and marketing campaigns.


• Consistently achieve or exceed conversation, lead, appointment, and quality goals.


• Represent Re-Bath professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Performance will be measured by customer conversations, qualified leads, appointments scheduled, show rates, lead quality, resulting sales, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, retail sales, event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, customer engagement, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.


• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.


• Comfortable asking customers for a commitment and confidently requesting appointments.


• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.


• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.


• Comfortable standing and interacting with customers for extended periods.


• Available to work evenings, weekends, retail events, and peak customer traffic hours.

• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the assigned market.


• Comfortable using tablets or mobile technology to enter customer information accurately.
