Reboot Wellness Coach

 CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, an innovative non-profit, has a full-time opening for a Reboot Wellness Coach. This position will include some local travel but will be home-based at the PA CareerLink® Lycoming County in Williamsport. This position will assist with providing participants who have been affected by the Opioid Crisis with mental health assessments, mental wellness and support services. To accomplish this goal, the Reboot Wellness Coach will be responsible to provide the resources, referrals, and the one-on-one support to assist program customers in support of their employment related goals. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field with experience in mental health and/or counseling is required.
