This position supports plant manufacturing equipment systems under the direction of the Plant Maintenance Supervisor.
Work Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Monday - Friday.
Objective:
The Rebuild Tech is responsible for the full lifecycle management of equipment rebuilds, from initial assessment through completion, testing, and return to service. This role performs hands-on rebuild work on manufacturing equipment, manages the rebuild queue and priorities, and supports the development and implementation of standardized rebuild testing protocols. The Rebuild Tech also provides support to major repair efforts and remediation teams, and builds test fixtures to facilitate quality and functional verification of rebuilt equipment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalency required. Technical apprenticeship or Associate's degree in a related mechanical or electrical field preferred; equivalent job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
