Re-Buyer Full Time

Role Overview

Bradley Caldwell Inc is seeking a full-time re-buyer to support accurate, timely purchasing for our onsite operation in West Hazleton, PA (day shift). This role exists to keep product replenishment on track and ensure clean, reliable purchasing data that supports strong service levels.

Key responsibilities include managing the order fulfillment process by issuing purchase orders through a computerized replenishment system; confirming and correcting PO’s; expediting orders as needed; maintaining accurate item data and pricing for assigned products; and providing analysis to support sound decisions, troubleshooting, and problem solving.

- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel/PowerPoint)

A Typical Shift

As the re-buyer, you’ll spend your day shift working from an onsite workstation, moving between the replenishment system, email, and spreadsheets to keep purchasing flowing. The pace is steady: you’ll review exceptions, follow up on time-sensitive items, and coordinate updates with internal partners and vendors. You’ll also dedicate focused time to checking item setup and pricing accuracy, then document notes so information is easy to trace later. Throughout the day, you’ll shift between quick responses and deeper analysis, using purchasing data to spot issues early and keep priorities organized.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Travel

Event requirements: Overnights are required approximately 4-6 times per year. Currently we are traveling to Atlantic City, Wilkes Barre, and Mount Pocono for events. This is subject to change. Expenses for travel are covered by the company.
