Job Description - ReCARE Service Lead - Seasonal | Broadway | New York, NY

Reports to: Alpha Store Director

Location: 580 Broadway, NYC

The ReBIRD team is focused on an exceptional Guest experience at all Commercial touchpoints, inclusive of Guest Services, After-Sales, Brand activations, and especially within our owned channels, Retail and eCommerce.

 

Meet Your Future Team:

Our new Alpha locations will showcase the largest Retail expression of ReBIRD in North America. The team will offer a range of services inclusive of product care education, product wash service, in-store technical repair, warranty assessment with a goal to build a relationship with a Guest and support their post-purchase needs.  This location will also offer a refined offering for ReGEAR (resale) and ReCUT (upcycled product) adjacent to the ReBIRD Service area. You will be a key Guest-facing lead of the Arc’teryx ReBIRD service expression, located at our 580 Broadway, NY Arc’teryx location.

$26.50 - $33 an hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is USD$26.50- USD$33/hour at the time of this posting.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as store volume, job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
