Job Description - Receiving

Description

The Receiving position's main functions:

Receiving:

check in all food and beverage orders, following CCJ guidelines
physically help unload trucks and inspect all deliveries for accuracy
weigh all meats/fresh seafood deliveries
inspect all items for quality upon delivery
put all delivered items away in their designated areas

Other:

Assisting the Chefs with other kitchen duties
This is a full time, 5 days/week position

Requirements

7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday/Monday)

Must adhere to receiving guidelines

Must be able to lift #50

Must be able to bend/lift for unloading trucks

Must read English
