Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Receiving associate to join a warehouse team in Tulsa. The role of Receiving involves handling incoming shipments, inspecting goods for accuracy, and entering inventory data into company systems. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
• Verify packing slips and purchase orders against received goods.
• Accurately enter receiving data into inventory systems.
• Label and organize items for storage or distribution.
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe receiving area.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.

Position Requirements

• Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
