Receiving & Inventory Coodrinator

Natureplex is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving & Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and receiving operations in our FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are accurately received, inventoried, and available to support production while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and ERP systems, and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement, will stand out.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving activities and verify the accuracy of incoming materials. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records through routine inventory transactions and reconciliation. 
• Perform and manage cycle counts while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. 
• Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and issued. 
• Coordinate material movements to support production and warehouse operations. 
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues. 
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or inventory concerns. 
• Support physical inventories and inventory audits. 
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, GMP requirements, company procedures, and safety standards. 
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED. 
• 2+ years of inventory control, receiving, warehouse, or related experience. 
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to accurately manage inventory records and inventory transactions. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment. 
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification. 

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software. 
• FDA, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience. 
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. 
• Forklift certification.
