Receiving & Kitting Specialist

RECEIVING & KITTING SPECIALIST - EL SEGUNDO, CA
This role is responsible for organizing and assembling kits containing all necessary parts, materials, and documentation required for manufacturing and assembly processes. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of El Segundo, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and assemble kits containing all necessary parts, materials, and documentation required for manufacturing and assembly processes.


• Ensure accuracy and completeness of kits, verifying against work orders, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).


• Inspect components and materials for defects or discrepancies using hand tools before including them in kits.


• Generate and update kitting reports to support traceability and quality control.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.


• Participate in regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100D standards and organizational policies.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.


• Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry.


• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working at a startup


• Product Launch/ Full Lifecycle experience


• 4+ years of experience working within a highly regulated environment
