Receiving and Shipping Coordinator

The Receiving and Shipping Coordinator is a versatile, cross-functional role responsible for the accurate and timely movement of merchandise throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and accurately document items within internal systems

• Prepare and process customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with shipping carriers and couriers to manage outgoing deliveries

• Handle returns, special requests, and maintain proper documentation of completed work

• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, exceptions, and errors

• Collaborate with and support other departments based on business needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of shipping and receiving or related experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines and fulfillment goals

Base pay, $21.00 - 22.00/hour.  Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
