OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a team member who is responsible for receiving incoming materials. This position will receive and manage all incoming manufacturing materials to maintain productive operations while complying overall with our customer specifications and delivery commitments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintains material traceability and specifications on the floor and in our ERP  
• Receives, counts, and inspects all materials
• Verifies material certifications meet requirements and specifications 
• Operates band saw to provide operations with raw stock materials 
• Maintains BOM/COTS and raw stock Inventory 
• Uses knowledge to determine shipping procedure, routes, and rates when applicable  
• Combine material on pallets and move to departments as needed 
• Operates forklift daily to include removing materials from delivery trucks 
• Distribute packages to assigned departments upon receipt 
• All other assigned duties within the scope of this position as designated by the supervisor 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Previous material receiving experience preferred 
• Strong computer and data entry skills required 
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to use tape and calipers
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly 
• Forklift experience preferred
