Mundo-Tech, Inc. is an award-winning manufacturer of fabricated tube assemblies for aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. Mundo-Tech is looking for a Receiving Clerk to add to our team.

Receiving Clerk

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Responsible for the receiving of all products whether customer furnished or purchased


• 
  Verifies that received materials are free of damage


• 
  Ensures that all work being performed is done in accordance with our AS9100 Quality System and customer requirements


• 
  Inputs material certifications onto server


• 
  Cycle count of inventory; full inventory count as required


• 
  Kitting of all raw material and hardware to the production floor


• 
  Responsible for tracking all shelf-life materials and ensuring timely reorder


• 
  Receiving Purchase Orders into the ERP system with high accuracy in a timely manner

Skills and Experience

• 
  Basic technical problem-solving skills


• 
  Demonstrate proper and safe operation of equipment, and personal protective equipment including, but not limited to, safety glasses/full face shield, hearing protection and gloves as required


• 
  Know when to ask for help when necessary
