Job Summary:

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Receiving Dock Operator to join our team in West Memphis, AR. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of incoming products, ensuring seamless operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong forklift and material handling experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift and walkie rider safely and efficiently to unload, move, and stage incoming materials.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately count, verify, and record incoming product information, ensuring data integrity.
• Replenish products into designated pick locations, optimizing warehouse flow and accessibility.
• Adhere strictly to Work Place Instructions (WPIs) and all company safety protocols.
• Meet established metrics for safety, quality, production rates, and absenteeism.
• Actively participate in and support 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) and BPS (Bosch Production System) practices to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
• Perform heavy lifting as required and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Strong basic math skills are essential.
• Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift.
• Certified and experienced with a walkie rider.
• Demonstrated experience using RF terminals for inventory management.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and repetitive movements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $19.20- $22.86 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
