Receiving Dock-Prepared Foods

Description

• Must be a team player and willing to work bill-of-lading ensuring that all information is correct.
• must follow S.O.P.'s when unloading raw product and do all HACCP checks required. 
• Transports product from truck to the proper storage area within the plant facility.
• Uses power jack and forklift to move product on dock as needed to unload truck.
• Clean inside of trailer, unloading dock, outside loading ramp, coolers.
• Responsible for the correctness of the lot number tags and lot log sheet.
• Good math skills and ability to operate a calculator.
• Must be able to learn to operate a power jack and forklift.
• Must be able to work in wet and cold refrigerated area (40')
• Some lifting is required.
• Willing to learn about chemicals used for sanitation purposes.
• Ability to work without supervision (self-motivated).
• Willing to work in other area when needed. 
• Cooperative work attitude.
• Good Communication Skills.
