Receiving Labor - $23.38 starting pay

• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
• What to expect:
• This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
• Day shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

Our Real Alloy facility in Chicago Heights is looking for an experienced Receiving Labor to join our team! If you’re seeking a hands-on role in an industrial environment with opportunities for growth and wage advancement, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain a adequate flow of materials to the processing areas
• Support accuracy of raw material (almunium scrap) and finishinhed goods

• Move materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility

• Support daily shipping operations with basic computer and system use

• Assist with inventory tracking and related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred

• Experience operating Heavy Machinery such as articulated loaders, dump trucks, shid steer and forklifts

• Ability to safely handle materials and work in a fast-paced environment
