Receiving/Material Handler

Outlook Group is currently hiring a Receiving/Material Handler to work a hybrid 1st/2nd shift. The receiving responsibilities will be verifying incoming shipments, ensure shipments were picked up on time and maintain accurate inventory records. As a Material Handler, you will be loading and unloading trailers, inspecting and storing materials using forklifts and RF scanners. We are looking for someone who has good computer skills, attention to detail and can work independently.

This is a hybrid 1st/2nd shift opportunity working:

• Monday-Friday from 10am - 6pm

Duties and responsibilities:

• Use a sit-down, stand up and/or picker forklift


• Load and unload trailers


• Utilize RF Scanners and WMS to track inventory, verify shipment accuracy


• Ensure proper operating procedures (SOP’s) are followed


• Support production needs to a high level


• Ensure a clean and safe work area


• Conduct any other given duties assigned by supervisor

Qualified Applicants will have:

• Prior experience with forklift driving -sit-down and stand-up


• Inventory and/or receiving experience


• WMS knowledge


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• 
  

  Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
