About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Receiving/Quality Control Associate to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. We specifically need someone with experience in quality control, cycle counting, and product inspections to maintain our high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and potential damage.
• Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Conduct quality control checks, ensuring products meet company standards before stocking or distribution.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of received goods, discrepancies, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any receiving or quality discrepancies.
• Organize and store inventory in designated areas following proper procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in quality control, inventory management, or warehouse receiving is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistencies.
• Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
