BoosterPet is growing and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Puyallup team three days a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday working 3 10/hrs days (full time)

We’re building a workplace that cares for you as much as you care for pets: respectful, supportive, and focused on your health and well-being. With your help, every client and pet can feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our door.

What you’ll do

• Greet clients and pets with a warm, professional welcome and guide them through check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help pet parents navigate our services
• Keep accurate medical records and appointment notes in our EMR
• Support our medical team by coordinating client communications and ensuring smooth clinic flow
• Follow safety protocols to protect pets, clients, and teammates

What we’re looking for

• A people-person with great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
• Experience in veterinary or medical reception
• Someone who can stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

BoosterPet is a tech-forward vet community with two care lanes: LVT/VA-led Wellness Clinics and Urgent Care for those “can’t-wait” moments. Most wellness visits include a live video consult with a veterinarian right in the exam room—telemed is run in-clinic for seamless care.

Where you’ll find us: Renton • Bonney Lake • Puyallup • Federal Way • Lake Stevens Animal Hospital • Kirkland • Gig Harbor.

How we work: Wellness clinics are completed by our talented Licensed Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants (VAs), with doctor support via in-clinic telemedicine; Kirkland and Minter (Gig Harbor) operate in-clinic only at this time.

We’re hiring part-time and full-time Veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians who love smart tools, teamwork, and accessible care.
