We're on the lookout for a Full-Time Receptionist with a warm and welcoming personality and prior experience in this field. Performance Kings Honda is big on teamwork and flexibility, so we need someone who can adapt to different work styles and schedules. As the Clerical Receptionist, your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service while keeping a positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues. • This Position is Full-Time
• $15.00 Per Hour
• Availability: 5 Shifts per Work Week  (including an Evening Shift until 8 PM, and weekend Rotation)

The ideal person for our dealership's Receptionist and Clerical Office Worker should have basic computer literacy and be able to input data accurately and efficiently. Candidates should have customer service experience, be able to answer phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and do so with a professional, and cheerful outlook. The Receptionist will file and organize administrative documents, as well as complete the Service Deposit. Prior Cashier experience is a plus, but not mandatory as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who communicates and works well with others.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Type and input data
• File paperwork
• Accuracy with attention to detail
• Complete service deposit paperwork

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bilingual Education is a plus but not required
• Have 2-years of experience in customer service
• Cashier experience is a plus but not require
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be knowledgeable of scanner, fax, and photo copy machines
• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is a requirement of all Performance Kings Honda Employees
