Hartzell Propeller Inc. is a world class engineering and manufacturing company offering the broadest range of propeller systems in the aviation industry. We design, develop, test, manufacture, and support constant-speed aluminum and composite propeller systems for all categories of aircraft, ranging from general aviation to military applications.

Key Responsibilities:

The receptionist is responsible for greeting & signing-in visitors, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments, mailroom administration and maintaining the coffee room. This role also provides support to Human Resources with company mailers, event planning, uniform ordering, vending service liaison, and various other admin duties.

Requirements

Education and Experience 

Minimum of a high school diploma 

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient Computer Skills  - Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel 
• Work in an office setting – The job will require the person to be in the office and will not  support a work from home arrangement
• Demonstrated ability to be Discrete and Handle Confidential Information – This person will see or have access to a lot of sensitive business and employee information
• Excellent Communication Skills – Both verbal and written
