Receptionist

Position Summary: We are hiring a temporary part time receptionist to work Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Friday and pick up additional shifts as needed with the possibility of the position becoming permanent. 

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, greeting patients, taking payments, updating insurances, telephone coverage and providing general support for the office to function efficiently.

Qualifications: High School Diploma. Professional and positive image, excellent telephone etiquette and computer skills, accurate spelling and grammar, experience in customer service - preferably in the healthcare environment.  Spanish speaking not required but very helpful. 

Hours:   8:30-5:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday (possibly Thursday) and every other Friday.
