Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a Receptionist for our brand new upcoming Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Maurice, LA set to open this summer!
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our dealership, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience. You will greet customers, manage incoming calls, and support the team with administrative tasks. Exceptional customer service is essential as you represent our company with poise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system
Provide accurate and basic information to customers over the phone
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Occasionally serve as the backup for the Service/Parts Cashier role
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary supplies
Uphold confidentiality of company matters and adhere to policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with staff across various departments
Represent the Sterling brand with warmth and professionalism
Qualifications & Requirements
At least two years of experience working in a customer service-based role - previous front desk experience preferred
Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and either a minimum age of 21 or at least three years of driving experience
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays from 8:00AM-12:00PM
