Job Description - Receptionist

Boutique law firm in Queens is looking to hire a receptionist to join their team.
Duties include:

- ability to answer phones, set up appointments and coordinate with attorneys for calls
-open court files, return documents to files, scan incoming mail
- administrative office duties
- Punctual, organized, responsible , multi-tasker

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
