SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley/University City is hiring a Receptionist & Dispatch Coordinator!

As the Receptionist you will assist with administrative efforts and being the first point of contact for our customers, directing them to the proper department. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications

Learn the scheduling software and be able to monitor and assist as needed

Perform detailed and accurate data entry

Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)

Prefer customer service and/or office-related experience

Prior dispatch experience preferred

Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred

Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Starting compensation is between $19-$22 per hour depending on experience.

give an estimate of the work that needs to be done with incoming customer calls and dispatch the work to appropriate teams within the franchise.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
