Job Description - Receptionist

We are seeking a tax season receptionist to join our team. We will be hiring starting in November and working thru April of 2023. The successful candidate will be a friendly, self starter and detail oriented.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting guests in our office

Set up appointments

Scan, archive and manage files

Bill clients using QuickBooks for services rendered

Order and maintain office supplies as needed

Answer phone calls as necessary
