Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Answer dealership incoming calls, greet and receive guests and customers.
- Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person when a customer is waiting.
- Work cooperatively with the sales, service, Parts and other internal departments.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality.
- Ability to solve basic math problems.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor and eager to improve on all aspects
