Position Overview: As a Receptionist at Celebration Chevrolet, you will be the face and voice of our dealership. Your warm welcome and friendly demeanor will create a positive atmosphere for both clients and team members. You will handle incoming calls, greet clients as they arrive, assist with making service appointments, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing calls to the appropriate team members.


• Greet clients and visitors with a warm smile, making them feel comfortable and valued.


• Assist clients in scheduling service appointments, demonstrating knowledge of our services and offerings.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects our commitment to excellence.


• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management.


• Proactively address client inquiries, providing accurate information and exceptional service.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.


• Support the sales and service departments by providing timely and accurate assistance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in using basic office software and equipment.


• Customer service experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage: $20 per hour
