What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service department
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Operate a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
• Process payments for completed vehicle services
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after their service visit

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For: 

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our systems!)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
