Receptionist

Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, great personality, and strong work ethic, who want to earn a professional income.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer proficient in billing
General accounting knowledge
Must be able to work full time, Monday - Friday and several Saturdays a month
