🤝 What You’ll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact at our dealership, you’ll be the friendly voice and warm smile that sets the tone for every customer experience. Your role is all about professionalism, positivity, and people-first service.

💬 Greet and welcome guests with a smile—you're the first impression!
📞 Answer and direct phone calls like a pro (no robotic scripts here).
📋 Keep things running smoothly with top-notch administrative support.
🔐 Maintain security and follow processes like a dealership ninja.
🧠 Stay sharp—comply with industry regulations and keep customer info safe.
💡 Be a team player and help out with other office tasks as needed.

📚 What You Bring to the Table:

✔️ Strong communication skills (both in-person and over the phone)
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
✔️ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔️ Ability to multitask like a champ and stay organized under pressure
✔️ High school diploma or GED required (associate degree = bonus points!)
✔️ Previous receptionist or cashier experience is a plus (automotive or accounting = double bonus!)

🧘 Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

🖥️ Mostly office-based with some movement (think sitting, standing, light walking)
💪 Able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
📞 Clear communication via phone is essential
🕒 Regular, reliable attendance is a must—we depend on you!
