Receptionist

MetalTek International is looking for a receptionist available 6 hours a day 5 days a week at our facility in Watertown, WI. Maintain a positive attitude and spirit, work with our front office staff, greet visitors, filing, direct incoming phone calls, help with preparation for large company meetings, miscellaneous clerical tasks and other duties as needed.

High School education or equivalent, previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability with the desire to work as an integral member of a team, strong organizational skills, computer skills: MS Office
