 We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Automotive Receptionist to join our dealership team. This position plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our customers—both in person and over the phone—ensuring an outstanding customer experience while supporting various departments with clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally in person and on the phone
  • Direct customers to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, mail sorting, and appointment scheduling
  • Support office staff with administrative duties as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and customers

 Work Environment:

  • Full-time schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Indoor dealership setting with occasional movement between departments

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
