Job Description - Receptionist

Description

All Roads Company in Dundalk, MD is searching for an outgoing, detail-oriented receptionist to join our growing team. This role will be the center of communications, assisting customers and acting as a liaison between customers and the team. Ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to incoming calls. Compensation starting at $18hr.

Responsibilities:

Professionally answer incoming calls and assist customers or direct them to the appropriate department
Prepare professional correspondence to customers and track responses (Word & Excel)
Open mail and oversee delivery of packages
Assist managers with event planning and travel requests
All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with regular business hours Monday through Friday.
