Job Description - Receptionist


Title: Receptionist

Location: Symphony Care Network
Status: Part Time - Evenings 2pm - 8pm / weekends maybe required

Job Summary:

Essential Functions: Receptionist

  • Receptionist will welcome visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Providing clerical support as assigned

Receptionist Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Receptionist needs strong verbal and listening skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Passion for helping others
  • Excellent customer service
  • Teamwork qualities
  • Dependability
  • Reliability
