Receptionist

Prince Service & Manufacturing is seeking friendly, customer-focused Receptionist who are ethical, flexible, and strong problem solvers. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, directing clients, scheduling appointments, and providing helpful, accurate information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as receptionists are often the first point of contact for our customers.  

Location/Schedule: Macon, GA / 1st shift

What You’ll Do:  

• Perform administrative support tasks; proofreading, typing, scanning, and computers. 
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls, and relays messages. 
• Greet and answer inquiries from the public, customers and visitors, and employees. 
• Receive deliveries. 
• Order office supplies. 
• Issue new hire orientation paperwork. 
• Other duties as assigned by Management. 

Who You Are:  

• 2 or more years of related experience. 
• Good understanding of basic computer programs, and they may need to learn programs specific to that job. 
• Able to prioritize objectives and complete tasks on time.
