Job Description: Receptionist
Reports to: Branch Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly
The Receptionist will oversee the front reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and customers. This role will also involve light administrative work to support various departments within the branch.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
- Greet visitors and guests as they enter the corporate office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Maintain the front office area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, as needed.
- Respond to routine requests for information.
- Assist in various administrative duties.
- Open mail and process accordingly.
Skills Required:
