EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in customer service or the retail industry is highly sought after and will be given priority. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.

KNOWLEDGE
Must have a general understanding of cannabis products, including various strains and consumption methods, to assist customers effectively. Willingness to learn and grow your knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is essential.

PERSONALITY
You are a friendly, approachable individual with a positive attitude. You excel at making customers feel welcome and comfortable while providing them with the information they need.

What you’ll do

• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer customer questions about store policies, products, and cannabis regulations.
• Maintain the front desk and lobby area, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and inviting.
• Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and help with customer check-in.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and store offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
