What You’ll Do
As our Receptionist, you’re more than the first face and voice people meet — you’re the person who makes clients feel confident they’re in good hands. You’ll:



  • Greet clients and guests warmly, whether in person or over the phone.

  • Answer and route calls quickly and professionally.

  • Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking clients to ensure everyone feels understood and cared for.

  • Help schedule closings, meetings, and conference rooms.

  • Keep our reception area and client spaces looking polished and welcoming.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Lend a hand to our closing and legal teams with small but important tasks like scanning, copying, and prepping client folders.

  • Make sure clients and guests have everything they need while they’re here — from refreshments to a smooth check-in experience.


What We’re Looking For



  • Someone who loves helping people and knows how to put them at ease.

  • A strong communicator — able to converse clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.

  • Organized, dependable, and able to juggle a few things at once without missing details.

  • Professional in appearance but approachable in style.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn our industry software.

  • Prior front desk experience is great — especially in a title, real estate, or legal office — but not required if you have the right personality and eagerness to learn.
