About Us At The Closing Agent and Barry Miller Law, we’ve built our reputation on trust, expertise, and a welcoming approach that puts clients at ease during one of life’s biggest milestones — buying or selling a home. Our team blends the precision of a title company with the insight of a real estate law firm, all in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
We believe the way people feel when they walk through our doors — or call our office — sets the tone for everything else. That’s where you come in.
We’re proud to promote from within, and this opening is a great example — the person currently in this role is moving up to a new position with our company. That means you’ll be stepping into a role with a strong foundation, clear expectations, and a team excited to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do As our Receptionist, you’re more than the first face and voice people meet — you’re the person who makes clients feel confident they’re in good hands. You’ll:
Greet clients and guests warmly, whether in person or over the phone.
Answer and route calls quickly and professionally.
Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking clients to ensure everyone feels understood and cared for.
Help schedule closings, meetings, and conference rooms.
Keep our reception area and client spaces looking polished and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Lend a hand to our closing and legal teams with small but important tasks like scanning, copying, and prepping client folders.
Make sure clients and guests have everything they need while they’re here — from refreshments to a smooth check-in experience.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who loves helping people and knows how to put them at ease.
A strong communicator — able to converse clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
Organized, dependable, and able to juggle a few things at once without missing details.
Professional in appearance but approachable in style.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn our industry software.
Prior front desk experience is great — especially in a title, real estate, or legal office — but not required if you have the right personality and eagerness to learn.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
We treat our clients like neighbors and our team like family.
We’ve been in the Central Florida market for over 35 years — we know our stuff, but we also know how to make work enjoyable.
We promote from within — your career growth matters to us.
You’ll work with a team that supports one another, celebrates wins, and values your role as a key part of the client experience.
Every day is different — you’ll meet new people, learn new things, and be part of a company that’s growing and evolving.
If you’re ready to be the person who sets the tone for an exceptional client experience — and you enjoy making both English- and Spanish-speaking clients feel welcome — we’d love to meet you.
