Receptionist

Our Visalia Office is seeking a Full Time Front Office Receptionist. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are key. You will have a high degree of responsibility and will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position will consist of but is not limited to the following:

• Scheduling appointments
• Answering patient calls
• Scanning and faxing
• Insurance knowledge
• Data entry into EHR
• Referrals
• and/or other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service,
• Medical terminology,
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills,
• Strong computer skills,
• Comfort with interacting with elderly and disabled.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, comfort with interacting with elderly and disabled
• MA Certification

Requirements:

• Valid CA Driver's License/ID

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$21.00 - $39.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
