Professionally administers all incoming calls and greets customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Responsibilities:
Ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
Uses excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Performs a variety of clerical duties, included but not limited to outgoing mail metering and incoming mail/interoffice mail distribution, balance cash drawer, batch print and mail customer invoices weekly, inform customers that their product is in, and administer customer corporate credit card payments
Greets any walk-in customers and gives assistance when needed
Sales Expeditor
Performs other related duties as required
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year customer service experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to sit for 90% of shift
Customer service driven
Ability to multi-task
Professional appearance
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attendance history
Punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
Independence skills: a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently on their own
Team skills: a team player with the willingness to help others within the department, as well as within the company
