Description

Professionally administers all incoming calls and greets customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Uses excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties, included but not limited to outgoing mail metering and incoming mail/interoffice mail      distribution, balance cash drawer, batch print and mail customer invoices weekly, inform customers that their product is in, and administer customer corporate credit card payments
  • Greets any walk-in customers and gives assistance when needed
  • Sales Expeditor 
  • Performs other related duties as required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year customer service experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to sit for 90% of shift
  • Customer service driven
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attendance history
  • Punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Independence skills: a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently on their own
  • Team skills: a team player with the willingness to help others within the department, as well as within the company
