Job Description

McDonald CDJR is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our Clare, Michigan location. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the dealership and provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.

• Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner


• Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages


• Provide helpful and accurate information regarding the dealership


• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area


• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role


• Proficient in operating a multi-line phone system


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong organizational and time management abilities


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


• High school diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience.
