We are seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you’ll provide professional, friendly support to both internal staff and external callers, helping maintain smooth and efficient office operations.
Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
Maintain office supplies for all facilities and ensure monthly orders are completed
Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner
Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries
Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed
Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer
Professional demeanor and polished appearance
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use
Familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners)
