Receptionist

Topanga Terrace Rehab and Subacute is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play an important role in welcoming visitors, answering phones, and supporting our staff with front office duties.

- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain reception area in a clean and organized manner

- Perform light clerical duties as assigned

- Competitive pay at $19/hr

- Full-time schedule, Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm
