• Brinson Ford of Corsicana — 1951 St HWY 31 E, Corsicana, TX 75110


• Brinson CDJR (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) — 1971 St HWY 31 E, Corsicana, TX 75110


• Brinson Chevrolet — 825 E Fair St, Kaufman, TX 75142


• Brinson Ford of Athens — 2970 St HWY 31 E, Athens, TX 75751


 


Local applicants only. This is an on-site role with active involvement at the dealership level.

We’re hiring a Receptionist at Brinson Auto Group to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is about more than answering phones, it’s about creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive!

Job Summary:


The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional dealership experience for both customers and staff.


 


 


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


• Answer and route incoming calls professionally using the phone system


• Greet and assist all guests with courtesy and professionalism


• Support administrative and clerical tasks as directed


• Maintain a professional appearance and workspace at all times


• Uphold Brinson’s values of quality, service, and integrity


 


 


Qualifications:


• Minimum high school diploma or GED required


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, Microsoft Outlook)


• Professional appearance and attitude


• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


 


 


Working Conditions:


• Indoor, professional office setting


• Frequent interaction with customers, employees, and management


• Must be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and managing a steady flow of communication
