Receptionist

Purpose: The purpose of this role is to greet visitors, answer phones, and support various departments with clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors; monitor visitor access


• Answer and direct calls as required


• Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, including coffee


• Process monthly invoices from suppliers


• Sort and distribute mail


• Assist Shipping Department by scanning and electronically filing job jackets


• Assist with other clerical duties as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• At least two years’ experience working in an office environment

Knowledge and skills

• Strong attention to detail


• Working knowledge of Microsoft office


• Basic knowledge of ERP systems a plus


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize


• Organized and detail oriented.


• Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality


• Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral and spoken) in English

Hourly range: $17.97 - $25.33 depending on experience
