Receptionist/Office Assistant ~ Full Time

At Ryan GMC Buick our receptionist greets customers when they arrive, they answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate staff member. Additionally, they answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer callers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet showroom customers and assist them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member


• Operate the telephone switchboard: answer incoming calls, transfer callers to appropriate personnel, take messages


• Receipt payments


• Enter new and used inventory vehicles into computer


• Balance daily bank deposits/credit card deposits


• Other duties as assigned

PREFERENCES:

• Customer Service Experience preferred 


• Friendly outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships


• Proven computer and internet proficiency required


• Polite and professional in manner


• Organized, keeping track of all incoming calls and visitors


• Superb communication skills
